    A: While we cannot guarantee exclusive supply rights, we strive to build strong partnerships and prioritize our authorized retailers whenever possible.

    A: Our catalogs and pricing sheets are not publicly listed, in accordance with requirements from our partner IP holders. Please contact us via email to begin the verification process. Only registered and approved retailers will be granted access to our product line-up and wholesale terms.

  • Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    A: Minimum order requirements vary depending on the product line. We aim to support both small boutiques and larger retail operations. Please inquire for details after verification.

  • Q: Where do you ship?

    A: We deliver Australia-wide. Local delivery options and freight terms will be confirmed once your account is set up.

  • Q: Why do pre-orders take so long to arrive?
    A: Most licensed figures are made to order. After you place a pre-order, the factory begins production, which usually takes several months. Shipping and customs clearance also take time. We always aim to deliver as quickly and smoothly as possible.

    • Logistics & Fulfillment
      All APEX Innovation products are manufactured under strict production schedules.
      For pre-order items, the average production time ranges from 6 to 9 months, depending on the complexity and IP approval process.
      Once production is complete, goods are shipped from China and may take 1 to 2 months to arrive in Australia, including customs clearance and domestic handling.
      We kindly ask for your patience and understanding throughout this process.

  • Q: Are your products officially licensed?

    A: Yes. En-Sof is an authorized Australian distributor for APEX and other licensed figure brands focused on Chinese mobile game IPs such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Zero Zone Zenless, Azur Lane, Arknights, etc.

  • Q: After-Sales Support

    A: All products distributed by En-Sof are officially licensed and sourced directly from manufacturers. In the event of manufacturer defects, missing parts, or shipment-related damage, we will assist in coordinating replacements or solutions as permitted by our suppliers.

    Retailers are advised to notify us within 7 days of receipt, including relevant photos and order details. Please note that minor cosmetic flaws (such as slight box dents) may not be eligible for compensation, as per factory policy.

    Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we do not accept return requests for unsold inventory or customer remorse. If you have any concerns about an item received, please contact us with your order reference.
